Kelsey Passov

Hi, I’m Kelsey Passov!

And I’m really glad you’re here.

You found this page for a reason.

Maybe you’ve been carrying something heavy for a long time and you’re finally ready to put some of it down. Maybe you’ve tried therapy before and it didn’t quite click. Maybe you just need someone who gets it— not in a clinical, textbook kind of way, but in a real, human kind of way.

I’m a licensed therapist and founder of Felt Counseling LLC, a telehealth private practice serving young adults and adults across Ohio and Florida.

I specialize in trauma-informed care, mood disorders, chronic illness, and interpersonal relationship conflict— and I bring a deep clinical expertise and genuine dedication to every session.

I am not here to hand you a diagnosis and a worksheet. I’m here to sit with you, understand your whole story, and help you build a life that actually feels like yours.

I am licensed to provide telehealth therapy to clients in Ohio and Florida.

My Approach

Therapy with me is a collaborative, direct, and deeply holistic. I don’t just look at your symptoms—I look at your whole story. Where you’ve been, what you’ve carried, and where you want to go.

I draw from four evidence-based approaches and tailor them to you:

Your life is not your diagnosis. We’ll work to separate you from the stories that have been written about you— or that you’ve written about yourself— and start authoring something new.

Narrative Therapy

Trauma-informed care

Everything we do is grounded in an understanding of how trauma shapes the mind, body, and nervous system. Safety and trust are non-negotiable. We never move faster than you’re ready to go.

acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT)

Rather than fighting your thoughts and feelings, we’ll learn to make room for them while still moving toward what matters most to you. Values-driven. Life-focused.

dialectical behavior therapy (DBT)

Practical, skills-based tools for managing intense emotions, improving relationships, and building a life worth living. Especially effective for trauma survivors and those navigating mood disorders.

  • anyone struggling with communication, boundaries, or feeling truly connected to others

  • individuals managing bipolar disorder and other mood disorders

Why “felt”

Because this work is about feeling. Not performing wellness. Not white-knuckling through the hard days. Not pushing emotions down until they explode. Felt Counseling is a space to finally feel what you’ve been carrying— safely, at your pace, without judgement.
